Shipping policy

We promise to ship all legitimately purchased goods within 4 business days of date of purchase, via the selected carrier when submitting your order. If there are any issues regarding shipment, we will contact you at our earliest convenience. For Domestic Shipping we utilize UPS and USPS. If you have any questions regarding your order, please reach out to us so that we can make things right. Our default shipping option is via USPS using Ground Advantage, which includes insurance up to $100.00 of the order's declared value.

Plain White Envelope (PWE) Shipping Policy: When choosing PWE as a shipping option for your order, you are acknowledging that all sales are FINAL, and lost orders are not eligible for a refund. If you would like the peace of mind and coverage in the event an order is lost during transit, please select a shipping option that includes tracking and insurance.

NOTE: We are not responsible for any items that are lost in transit to their destination through the chosen carrier's system. Please send us a message to discuss resolution regarding shipping issues beyond our control in the event an order is lost.
